VTI guarantees our vans with a no-overbooking policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we charge anywhere between $50, $100, or up to $299.99, depending on your reservation. Once the reservation is complete, a cancellation fee will apply should you choose to cancel. We include all information about our cancellation fees during the registration process

A maximum of three additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement. Extra drivers will cost $3 per day, not including spouses. All additional drivers must also sign the rental agreement.

Pickup: Our office is at 275 52nd St Brooklyn, NY 11220.

For the convenience of our customers, we also offer airport pickup and drop-off services to many locations, including JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark airports.

In particular circumstances, we offer one-way rentals. Contact us for details.

Drop-off: We do not offer after-hours drop-off.

The minimum age to rent a 12- or 15-passenger van is 25. In some cases, the minimum can be 24 with a manager’s approval.

All rentals come with a set number of free miles. If you need other arrangements, we can put together a mileage package based on your needs. Once the free mileage limit has been reached on most vehicles, we charge $0.35 per mile. Refer to your rental agreement for the mileage charge for the car you rent.

Basic liability insurance is included in the rental price, as New York state law requires. We also sell insurance. For a daily rate dependent on the vehicle you rent, you can purchase insurance and only be responsible for the first $250. Our insurance is an accident policy with exclusions. More information is provided in the pamphlet we give you.

To add additional insurance after leaving our lot, return the vehicle for a quick inspection. After this, we will gladly add CDW insurance.

Each person’s car insurance may or may not cover the rental. The customer must contact their insurance company to find out whether or not they are covered. Insurance typically covers “like vehicles,” meaning if you own a Camry, smaller vehicles are covered, but larger vehicles are not. Having full-coverage insurance does not guarantee that another car is protected.

The American Express Premium Car Rental Protection Program is the only credit card that provides CDW coverage for larger vehicles, such as 12- and 15-passenger vans.

Probably, but it depends on the luggage you and your passengers have. Duffel bags fit under the seats easily. If you have many bags or gear, please inquire about our sprinter vans or request seat removal.

We only rent Mercedes sprinters. These vehicles stand out on the road and are comfortable for long trips. Each late model sprinter van is equipped with tinted windows, a flat-screen monitor and DVD player, backup cameras, GPS, satellite radio, and 6’ of standing room in select models. With a headrest for every seat, passengers can travel comfortably. Our luxury sprinters have separate luggage compartments between 2.5’ and 3.5’. Seats are removable for extra luggage space.

Our vehicles range in model years from 2019 to 2022.

Because we rent newer vehicles, this rarely happens. We provide 24-hour roadside assistance on every vehicle rental. Should you need any repair services, VTI partners with the largest repair company in the country so you can travel with peace of mind.
